Meersbrook Park Church Operatic Society

About Us

Community singing has many benefits, including increased physical and mental health.  We are a light hearted, welcoming society, performing Gilbert and Sullivan operettas, aiming to put on shows each March, although we also perform other concerts from time to time.

Whether you are entirely new to singing, or are experienced in singing either in a choir or as a soloist, we welcome new members to share the fun we have. We are proud be inclusive of disability, and welcome members from all our community. Speak to us about how we can address your needs.

We meet each Friday at 7:30pm at Meersbrook Park Church from September through to March each year.  If you're unsure whether you're soprano, alto, tenor, baritone or bass, our musical director can help you decide.

Want to talk?  Give Steve, our Chairperson, a ring; he'd be happy to answer any questions you may have.
